Operations

This site contains public access areas and customer areas. The customer area is for customers who have opened an account, and includes our online platform. The online platform allows you to open and close positions with us, and gives you access to information about your account, such as open positions, as well as other items. You can open or close a position by pressing the corresponding button on the screen. This will be confirmed by a message displayed on the screen, and the new position will appear in your account information. The terms and conditions governing the opening and the management of your account are framed by a dedicated contractual document which is submitted to you for signature in advance of the opening of your account.

Regarding market data or any other information on the website, provided by us, or any data service provider or any third part: (a) these data are subject to random variations depending on the quality of market flow, your available bandwidth and the performance of your computer hardware.
